About us

THE REAL LIFE STORY OF WTBCDJZ

When I started this company with my Colleagues in 2010, we really wanted to do something totally different – something that nobody in this area had seen before. I had spent the previous four years working for a big DJ group and had seen firsthand how they would take advantage of people because they didn’t know any better. They knew very well that most people
planning an event, especially a wedding and Club, have never hired a DJ before and have no idea what questions to ask or what to look for, and that
lack of knowledge was a weakness the company could exploit. At one point, the company’s owner told me “These people will believe anything you
say, so tell them whatever it takes to get them to book.” I had to get my gears ready and I knew I had to quit.
So, with nothing more than some DJ CDs, DJ head and a little bit of Graphics designing knowledge, my incredible friend and I set out to
create a new kind of DJ company. A company that treats people with respect, the way they should be treated. A company that says what it means, and always follows through on its promises. A company that believes that giving people more information is better for them and, ultimately, better for the company as well even if the client decides to
book elsewhere. A company that does things the right way, with every client, at every single event.
We’ve grown quite a bit since then, but our goal has always been the same: to be the best DJ company possible. Not the best company in the area, or the best company in Kampala, or even the best company in Uganda the best possible. To never settle for what we’ve been doing, to never become self-satisfied or say something is “good enough.” To know that there is always a way we can improve, no matter how many satisfied customers we have or how many awards we receive.
It’s the fact that we’ve kept this goal in mind that has made us so successful. We operate this business the way it should be done with great
customer service, and great DJs delivering great performances every weekend. Every person working for WTBCDeejay knows and lives our

We know you have what it takes(talent)..but one thing that can push it forward is to hang in there, never give up and always Stress forward<<<<<<< so delete the word sleep from yo mind<<!!!!

We are going to teach you how to mix… you’re gonna need to be patient, persistent and practice till your fingers bleed. But stick with us and we’ll get you there.Mixing is a big subject. There are an awful lot of different ideas about what mixing is all about. There are quite a few techniques involved and the way the techniques work can be different for different types of music and with different equipment. What’s more confusing is that there are no real rules. If you find your own way of doing things, that feels good for you and gets the desired results, then go with it. All we can do is show you some approaches that work for us.One step at a time As with all potentially complicated and frustrating things, the best place to start is at the beginning and the best way to start is nice and slow ...For more info on our real life story go to WTBCDJZ OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE
